Store Policies

Stock Availability:
-We try to update the inventory as much as possible. If you can order it from us, then most likely we have it in stock. If you cannot add it to your cart, it's not available. Stock is always subject to change due to certain demand for items. We try to fulfill your complete order as much as possible.
- Some items may still show up on your web browser. We recommend that you "refresh" your browser as often as possible to get the most up-to-date prices and stock status.
- You will be informed via email if there is a change in price or stock. Please make sure that all contact information is acccurate and up-to-date.
-We will hold items waiting for payment for seven (7) days from the time we email you with payment instructions. After seven days we will email you one final time and then the order is cancelled.

US Shipping Prices and Shipping Methods:
-We ship all packages within the US, APOs, & Territories with the United States Postal Service. We can ship to PO Boxes.
-All packages are shipped via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation is not a tracking number. It is a service provided by the USPS to inform you and us that the package was delivered to the intended address.
-Insurance is OPTIONAL and SOLELY the RESPONSIBLITY of the BUYER. Once it leaves our hands and the delivery carrier has proof of delivery, it is not our responsiblity.
-The USPS will leave your package without a signature. If you live in an apartment complex or delivery is to an office suite, it is your responsiblity with the manager or desk clerk to make sure that your packages are safe once the mail is delivered.
-Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your package. You only pay what we pay to ship your package to you. We do not make any money off shipping. For more information, please visit www.usps.com for more information on shipping costs from the USPS.
- We do not insure packages. It is up to the buyer to request insurance for their package.
- Shipping is always adjusted during processing, so do not worry about what the check-out states. We adjust all shipping on all the orders if neccessary. Please make sure that you input the correct ZIP code.
-If the package cannot be shipped via USPS, we will use other shipping carriers on larger items like the FOA Tank kits.
-Some products have "Free shipping" logos. This means free shipping in the 48 States. We adjust all shipping including "Free Shipping" items.
-Shipping is always FREE when you come pick up at the shop. Please indicate in the "Special Notes" section that you are picking up an order.
-We can ship small items in padded envelopes to cut down on shipping costs. We will not ship plastic items in a padded envelope. They tend to be "handled" and are not in the same shape when they were packed.
-There will be orders that we will use another shipping method because of the larger size boxes.
-Remember to make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are NOT responsible for returned or incorrect shipping address!
-Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when packages are returned to us if the customer would like packages re-shipped.

International Shipping Prices and Shipping Methods:
-We ship all packages outside the US via USPS Airmail. This is the most economical and fastest method to get to you. Generally speaking, most packages arrive 6-12 days depending on the package destination. Experience tells us that most delays are caused by the home destination postal system. Please check with your local postal office for packages if your package has not arrive within 2-3 weeks. As will most cases, the package is held up in customs or simply sitting at the postal office because no one was home to receive the package. Please make sure that your address is correct. We ship the package to the address you have on the order.
-International shipping rates are determined by the weight of the package. You only pay what we pay to ship your package to you. We do not make any money from shipping. For more information regarding international shipping charges, please visit www.usps.com for airmail shipping charges.
- We do not insure international packages. It is up to the buyer to request insurance for their package.
-"Free shipping" products for international customers will receive a $8 credit on products that have "Free Shipping" logos. Combined Free Shipping promos will be pro-rated according to orders.
- Tracking numbers are only available for packages shipped using "Express" services. The USPS does not offer tracking services for any other international shipping methods.
-It is up to the buyer to provide a correct shipping address. In the event that the package is returned to us, the buyer will have to pay addition shipping charges for us to reship the package.
-Remember to make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are NOT responsible for returned or incorrect shipping address!

Payment & Ordering Information:
-We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Western Union & Money Orders. All credit transactions are manually processed. We do not charge your credit card until the order is ready to ship out. YOUR STATEMENT WILL READ TEB Limited, West Covina or Echo Base Toys, Temple City
-To order by Paypal or Money Order: Input "Visa, 4111-1111-1111-1111, exp. 12/15, CID #999 ". You will received an email with your total and Paypal or Money Order instructions.
-For Western Union money transfers, the Buyer is responsible for all fees that apply.
-All checks have a waiting period of 7-10 days for payment to clear. Paypal, Money Order, and Checks will ship as soon as payment is confirmed.
-California residents must pay 9.0% sales tax. I'm sorry, but our State is in sorry shape thanks to our State Government. Also all orders shipped to a California address are subject to California state taxes.
- All orders are processed in 12-24 hours once you place your order. If you need to make a change or add to the order, we recommend that you place another order with the additions and write in the "Special Notes" section what changes you would like to make. We will try to accommodate your instructions as much as possible.
- Once packages are dropped off at the post office, it is the responsiblity of the shipping agent to get the package to your address. We have delivery confirmation on all orders shipped within the US to ensure that you get your package delivered to your address. If you are in an apartment/condo complex and receiving packages may be a problem, please arrange with your building manager or post office becuase we are not responsible for packages "lost" or "stolen" from your mail box.
- We offer free shipping on certain items, but in the event that you are not happy with the item and would like to return the item, shipping charges/re-stocking fees will be charged to you prior to refunding your money. (Free-shipping is a promotion and items with promotional shipping cannot be returned).
