"How does a PRE-ORDER work?"

Pre-orders are taken as reservations for the items on pre-order. Your credit card will not be charged for a pre-ordered item until the item is in stock and ready for processing. You can request that we email you prior to processing the order to ensure that funds are available on your credit card. If you would like to mail a payment or pay via Paypal for a pre-order, we will email you prior to processing the pre-order with payment instructions just like a normal Paypal/Money Order payment process.

You can cancel a pre-order at anytime. Please email us at grandmoff@earthlink.net if you wish to cancel a pre-order. We would like you to notify us prior to processing the order to avoid declined credit card charges. There is no cancellation fee.

You can also request that other items you order ship all together when the items are ready. Please indicate in the special notes section of the ordering process that you would like all the items to ship together.

"How do I pay with Paypal or Money Order?"

Currently, we do not have the paypal function working during the check-out process. You will need to go through the normal ordering process and we will email you back with a total for the order. Most of the time, shipping has to be adjusted because shipping may be too high or too little. Ordering by this method ensures that we have your order. We will contact you with your total via email.

"How do I order when I am paying by Paypal or Money Order?"

To order by Paypal or Money Order: Input "Visa, 4111-1111-1111-1111, exp. 12/15, 999 " for the credit card information.. You will received an email with your total and Paypal or Money Order instructions. Please do not send us money before we have your order. We may be out of stock on some items that you are trying to purchase.

"How do I make a return or exchange?"

All returns or exchanges must be confirmed by a return authorization number. To get a number please contact us (626) 292-1468 or email grandmoff@earthlink.net. We will not exchange nor return un-authorized returns. All credits will be properly credit back to the credit card within 24-48 hours. Credits will be returned via your banking institution credit policy.

"What happens when I receive a defective item?"

Please contact us regarding defective items. Normally we will handle all defective products, but every problem will be solved by a case-by-case basis. In the event that Echo Base Toys cannot resolve the problem, it will be handled by the manufacturer of the defective product.

"What happens if I am missing items from my order"

We try to make sure that your order is 100% complete when we ship it. But we are also human and may make a mistake once in a while. Before you contact us about shortages, please check with your invoice to see if you were billed for the missing items. Sometime, when we are pulling your order, the item may be out of stock and we regret that we cannot sell it to you. All orders are double-checked for accuracy, but we do make mistakes.

"How do I send a gift certificate for someone?"

Our current policy for gift certificates is if you would like to send someone a gift certificate, please send us a paypal amount to our paypal account grandmoff@earthlink.net. Please indicate who the gift is for and we will contact that person regarding your gift once we confirm payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, it's easy and free and you can register here.
